Student Device Loan Agreement

  • Before receiving a campus issued device (Chromebook), students and parents need to complete the Loan Agreement Form and opt in/out of insurance. 
    • Complete the form by downloading the document below and filling it out.  Bring it to campus or email it to echs@bmtisd.com.
    • Opt in or out of insurance for the device by logging into your MySchoolBucks account and searching the store.
